Skip- Thought you might like to know that Citizen Advocates for Public Education ("C.A.P.E.") in Cape Elizabeth has endorsed a Yes vote on Question 3, and has included this in all materials, ads, etc. related to this election. Flyers are going to virtually all homes in Cape Elizabeth this week that include a section urging voters to support repeal.
