Thank you very much for the work you are doing in Cape Elizabeth.  It is very encouraging news to hear from a community which qualified for an alternative plan and did not have to consolidate.  I am going to forward your e-mail in hopes that other communities might pick up your lead.

  Skip- Thought you might like to know that Citizen Advocates for Public Education ("C.A.P.E.") in Cape Elizabeth has endorsed a Yes vote on Question 3, and has included this in all materials, ads, etc. related to this election.  Flyers are going to virtually all homes in Cape Elizabeth this week that include a section urging voters to support repeal.
