6/9/09   The House voted to reconsider LD 285 and voted 110 in favor and 
36 opposed.   The Senate voted 31 in favor and 3 opposed.

The fight to delay penalty now goes on to the Governor's Office as it 
will be his decision to veto or take no action on the LD to delay 
penalty for 1 year.
