Senate Roll Call today on LD 1932 as amended to remove the emergency
preamble:

Support on the Democrats side is unchanged.

Not sure what caused the movements on the Republican side.  Senators Benoit,
McCormick, and Smith (all of whom supported the Committee of Conference
report on March 20) today voted to oppose.

Senator Rosen continues to oppose.

At the same time, Senators Plowman and Snowe-Mello, who voted to oppose the
Committee of Conference report, today voted in support.
