[Local-Maine-Schools] Senate again passes LD 1932 with a super-majority

This afternoon, the Senate removed the emergency preamble from LD 1932
and, with a vote in excess of two-thirds, passed the bill and returned
it to the House where it will likely be the subject of action on
Friday.
